BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you so much for considering me to capture your special moments! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both of us, please take a moment to read through the booking and cancellation policy below.
Booking
Deposit Required: A non-refundable 40% retainer is required to secure your date and time. This amount goes toward your total session cost.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 24 hours after your session. You’ll receive a payment reminder prior to this.
Session Confirmation: Your session is only considered booked once the deposit has been received and a confirmation message is sent.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so arriving late may shorten your shooting time without affecting the session fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by Client:
If you need to cancel your session for any reason:The deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you may transfer your deposit to a future session (within 6 months).
If you cancel within 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.
Rescheduling:
Life happens—I totally understand! You’re allowed one complimentary reschedule if notified at least 48 hours in advance.Additional reschedules may incur a $25 fee.
Reschedules due to weather, illness, or emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up and fail to notify me will forfeit the session and deposit. A full rebooking fee will be required for any future appointments.
Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions, I monitor the weather closely and will contact you 24–48 hours before the shoot if conditions look unfavorable. We can:
Reschedule to a new date at no extra charge
Move to an indoor location (if available and agreed upon)
Refunds
Due to the custom and digital nature of photography, no refunds will be issued once a session has taken place or once digital files have been delivered. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you feel your expectations haven’t been met, please reach out immediately so we can discuss how I can address your concerns. I want you to feel confident in your decision to book with me, and I’m always happy to work together to resolve any issues.
